My Dr sent referral to this group. I called last Fri Appt clerk said I couldn't make appt without referral. Called my Dr they said they ckd and I had a referral said to call them back Monday. I called today same appt clerk I told her my office ckd and there was a referral she said " I said I don't have a referral, have a good day" and hung up on me. She does not belong in a job where first impressions count. Im going to Parkwest women's specialist.

I had a great experience with Dr. Greene and staff at this facility! I have seen her in the past at the Parkwest location and they are so overbooked that you will wait 2-3 hours after your appointment time to be seen (this happened to me 3 times at that location). So I drove a little extra to see her for my yearly exam at this location and I barely waited at all! And I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Greene. She is a wonderful doctor and can tell she really cares about her patients.

I am a new patient of Dr Greene's and new resident in Tennessee. I was apprehensive starting all over with a new doctor but my experience was top notch. The staff was welcoming, very thorough, and kind. Dr. Greene did not rush, was very informed on all the topics I wanted to discuss, and actually treated me like a family member. I know I am in good hands with Dr. Greene and her front desk team, and I appreciate the great care! Highly recommend.

Trash establishment. Better to find another physician. The office personnel are ignorant. Good luck with these hacks.
