What a joke! First they require a referral even though my insurance says they don't require it. I get the referral, I call them (cuz they never called me) and they conveniently don't have it in their system. I provide all the information on the referral sent to me and they still can't find it? I offered to bring it with me, please sch an appointment. Apparently that is unacceptable they ONLY accept it from a Dr office only now. Never again with this place.
