Staff at front desk can definitely take a breather. Completely disgusting the way they run. Definitely doesn’t make the Dr experience better. Never again
Jennifer S. was great! I spoke with her twice in one day regarding some billing and a letter — she was quick, responsive, and efficient. It’s great to have someone who communicates so well and gets things done. Appreciate the service!
I have been to both the Ocean and Lakewood locations. You can’t go wrong with either. Dr. Salanga is the absolute best! She performed my surgery this summer and I trust her implicitly. Office staff (at both locations) is always friendly and welcoming.
They have excellent doctors here, but it's concerning that people are afraid to call during emergencies due to fear of the secretaries. Perhaps it's time for them to get new secretaries. Guess what a year later and nothing has changed! Still the same nasty people!! It’s unfortunately that there’s a shortage of Doctors in the town so they are still able to have patients.
Unprofessional! Definitely not thorough. No “congratulations, this is so exciting for you” Just seeing her patient and moving onto the next. Going to a foot doctor is more exciting and warm than generations OB/GYN!
