Trust me. DO NOT USE THIS OB. find any other place than this. They do not care about you at all. Staff is so disrespectful. Doctors are incompetent, rude and disrespectful. Please take my advice they will misdiagnose you and do more harm than good.
The staff is rude and the place isn’t clean , it’s a medical office come on . They should be going by a certain protocol . Per laziness also the cleaning staff at night is terrible !!!!
Schedule appointment to perform a test. Find out that cannot do test until year later. Waste of time and insurance.
I have seen Dr Acharya for around 20 years and have always been pleased with her and her nurses courtesy and forthrightness. However in the last few years it has become increasingly more difficult to make an appointment with her and in the last couple of weeks the office staff has not returned my messages at all. If I could rate the office staff at a zero that's what it would be. If the practice fails I would directly blame the office staff
Been a patient at this office for over 20 years and don't understand the negative reviews. I am a health care provider and feel I get great care and service, from the front office to the doctors. Highly recommend.
