poor service The office staff is very abrupt and less than helpful. As far as test results, you might as well not even worry about it because you will not be contacted for weeks. As far as the call coverage you never know what to expect as far as service. there was several times that labs and prescriptions were suppose to be called in and they were not, resulting in major inconvenience and untimely service.
