Can't recommend Dr Dowler and the Generations team enough!
Rang to make appointment and confirmed time for specific Dr to arrive and be told had been booked with a different doctor. Basic admin that they cannot get right.
Everybody at Generations Medical is warm and kind. The space is beautiful, clean, and if you're lucky sometimes there is a gorgeous dog making friendly rounds. It makes such a difference to have reception staff that are calm, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've been to many places where this isn't the case and it's really important!! Thanks team ☺️
Amazing staff and amazing medical practice! Receptionists are so lovely and friendly too. Very happy.
