Generation Medical Central, doctors and all staff are friendly, listen to your problems and solve them, don't rush you, the reception staff are great, Felix and Jenifer is a professional, wonderful person, they will welcome you like family when you go, you will be very pleased, I am sure.
I was very anxious about having to change from my other medical practice that I have been going to for over 40 years… But from the moment I walked through the door, all that changed FOR THE BEST! Seriously so good. I get nervous for doctors appointments and the second I drove in the car park and saw the signage I felt calm. From the time of booking, to arriving, to after appointment questions the were so caring with everything and really took that extra time. The place itself is gorgeous, most amazing fit out and feel and everyone there made me feel like I was not just a number and properly being looked after. Seamless, no clinical feel just fantastic and comforting doctors. Thank you!!!
Can't recommend Dr Dowler and the Generations team enough!
Rang to make appointment and confirmed time for specific Dr to arrive and be told had been booked with a different doctor. Basic admin that they cannot get right.
