Dr Eriko is the best! Highly recommend you visit her. She is very empathetic and is always willing to help & listen.
Every single person I have interacted with at this clinic is amazing. Reception are friendly and efficient and doctors are knowledgeable and make you feel at ease. Everyone working always has a smile on their face.
Made me wait 30-40 minutes twice in a row. Assistants at the front desk are aware of the delay but don't want to tell you and instead only tell you to take a seat. Not sure why they are there. I can go do something else instead of spending my entire lunch break waiting on a chair, but honestly this can and should be managed better. I have other concerns regarding the doctor's competence so will simple continue looking for a GP elsewhere.
