Generations is 10/10 one of the best home care agencies in Spokane! I cannot recommend them enough! Jeff is a fantastic owner and personally invested in each and every one of his clients. Jaedyn, the Client Relations Manager is a fantastic communicator and a wealth of knowledge. They have the best care staff who are very happy working with this company. They are always my top recommendation!
Generations came highly recommended to us and we weren't disappointed! Inviting someone into your home to care for a loved one is a huge decision, however, from Jeff's initial visit in our home to the last visit of our caregiver at the end of hospice, we could not have been more pleased with the attention, care and service of the entire Generations team. If you are needing the finest in-home care...look no further.
We used Generations Home Care for some assistance with our mom after surgery and they were great. Very easy to work with and they provided a wonderful caregiver for our mom.
This company is amazing. Jeff personally came out and talked with us and then matched my mother with the perfect caregiver. Brooke was so wonderful to my mom and all of the family. I highly recommend them. Communication was outstanding and the level of care my mom received was wonderful. She was apprehensive at first but quickly fell into a comfort zone with Brooke, as did my atepfather. Very caring staff, just wonderful people all the way around. I'm so thankful to have found them.
