Great group to work with!
Hands down the worst company I have worked for, their communication with their employees is sub par, they allow caregivers to take the fall for upper management mistakes. they hire more caregivers Than they need and end up making hours scares causing us to work multiple jobs to maintain stable income. they do not care about employees, we are a number. do not work here. the only good thing to come out of there is Jessica such a caring and understanding individual.
From the initial meeting, to the 11 hours of care during the week by Joseph, this has been such a nice experience. They made something stressful easier, and our caregiver is Amazing! I would highly recommend Generations for any home care needs you have.
