My friend recommended Nancy at Generations Home Care. So it was so fortunate that I had her number when my fiancé's father needed to go to the hospital and his mom couldn't stay alone. Nancy had someone there within 2 hours, on a Saturday night. His mom needed round-the-clock care for 6 weeks and Nancy sent reliable, responsible, caring people every week. The caregiver I have is horrible. After reading the great reviews my daughter decided to hire Generations. Big mistake. My caregiver is everything but my caregiver. She does not vacuum and dust in my area. Or anything else for that matter. She sleeps a lot. Takes baths while I am alone at an early time. She blasts the water that my bills are getting high. She leaves lights on all night because someone visits me every morning to check on me. Cost a lot of money to live today and a lady like this shouldn’t take it advantage of... read more
