I was going here for almost 4 years. They switch around your psychologists and psychiatrists so much. As soon as you’re comfortable with one, you’re having to grow comfortable with a different one. They never keep the appointment time as scheduled, you almost start to feel rushed out of your appointment when all they really care about is seeing what drug they can prescribe you next. This place hires extremely hateful nurses who discriminate and don’t care about people who are different than them. Highly suggest seeking treatment elsewhere

I have been there for the past 3 years with 4 different counselors. The first two were very good. Now because I apparently missed an appointment I have been discharged from the system. They tell me they sent a letter and text message and phone call about the appointment - their system does not make mistakes. I did not receive any of these “reported” notifications. I called today because I needed an appointment and had not heard from them. They said I was “dropped” from the system and they were not taking new patients and ins... read more
