TERRIBLE customer service!! If you buy anything from them and are not satisfied then too bad for you. We had a very sweet older couple (in their 80s) to the store for a new bed and were taken advantage of by the sales people. They barely had time to try any mattresses out and were led along and purchased a bed totaling over $5,000. Then after the bed was ordered and came in over 3 weeks later, it was delivered.
