Horrible customer service. All this place cares about is money. Do not recommend
Things were great at the start but as time went on their patient care started getting worse. Untrained staff members are allowed to touch sensitive equipment and even use it to administer care they are uncertified for. This is dangerous to the patient. Medical protocols are not being followed or enforced. Patient information is often discussed in the waiting area which is a HIPAA concern.

Not sure what has happened to there staff, but I am not getting the level of customer service from the staff as I was accustomed to receiving. They not been responding to my request for medication refills without multiple requests and their system for getting refills is very old fashion in today’s digital world, the fact that they will not allow a pharmacist to call and request a refill is crazy in my opinion. Especially when they say it is OK to just text in a request for a refill, not even needing to speak to the physician... read more
Sat in the waiting room for over an hour. The front desk ladies were super nice and did the best they could but i have never waited that long to be seen. Someone else came after me and they were able to be seen right away. I left very upset. I would’ve been happy if there was communication before hand saying that she needs to push back the appointment some time. It was very unprofessional.
