The service from my doctor today as a new patient was exceptional, went through all my concerns was not rushed and was very thorough. Reception I found polite also and helpful.
I visited Generations Family Medical Practice for the first time, and my entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The male receptionist was professional, polite, and made me feel welcome right away. Dr. Dua was excellent, attentive, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the consultation. After my appointment, Dr. Dua followed up with my test results, explained everything clearly, and even sent the antibiotic prescription via SMS, which was very convenient. Very unprofessional. Whenever you have an appointment you have to wait at least 40 minutes past the booked time. Specially the receptionist very passive aggressive when you ask her questions.
Never thought I'd say this about a hospital but I have a great time everytime I visit. Great service.
