False and defensive response to my earlier review. I ended up with $1,100.00 reading glasses that give me a headache because they push so hard behind my ears. Yes, I selected them but your staff should have told me they were not adjustable when I bought them. I went back twice to get them adjusted but that failed and your staff told me they would lock the doors the next time I went back to try to get them adjusted. Much more expensive than in the city. The staff do not remember you when you go back. The glasses I bought took two weeks longer than they promised. The glasses I bought are not adjustable and they did not ensure proper fit before purchase and now they are permanently uncomfortable.

Went in to have an adjustment on my glasses to tighten them. Unfortunately, they somehow got worse after going in… while the assistant did help with the one arm being crooked, they somehow got untightened and don’t sit right on my face. I’ve also had to get this done several times, and not a single other optometrist charges you a fee for this 2 minute appointment.
