I have been a steady and consistent patient at Dr. Waite's office ever since she took over from my previous dentist who retired. She has since changed the name of the practice to Generations and rarely practices at the Parma office any longer. In her place are a rotation of revolving dentists. 10 months ago I fractured a molar. Dr. Waite saved the tooth and added a crown. I’ve seen the same dentist my entire existence of 27 years but had to switch due to moving. I’m not usually one who gets dental anxiety but seeing someone brand new made me a bit nervous. With that being said, my experience was flawless from start to finish. The front desk receptionist was kind and helpful when it came to insurance questions, my hygienist, Jess, was fun and as gentle as she could be, and Dr Holly was super kind and reassuring.
