No long ago, we bought a truck through this shop to an elderly woman and Rick Jones and his wife were very protective and careful of what they mention to elderly woman, we tested the truck and noticed that the transmission was going bad and they even got upset and very rude to us when we mentioned about the transmission, reason, now we know they changed over 15k to replace engine on this truck and knowing that the transmission was bad they didn't want owner to know truck wasn't really worth replacing engine, so we are replac... read more
