Every time i've went to this location, the staff was always been helpful to place is very clean. They have a huge selection, and the staff is very knowledgeable. Tonight Helen helped me, she was helpful and kind! You guys were open even in the blizzard!
Sales Associate Mia was extremely helpful in matching me with the exact vape product I needed. It was refreshing to have someone knowledgeable AND with such a positive disposition, so that I didn't feel like a dork for asking all the questions that I did. Thank you, Mia, for helping this elder vaper aquire my new fave (Geek Bar Pulse X, Watermelon Ice) so that I may continue my cigarette (ew!) cessation. One of my most fulfilling vape shopping experiences, to date!

I’m new to Lincoln, and have been searching for a go to vape shop. As most are just head shops. Gen V seems like an actual vape store. The person helping me today was very friendly and helped me find a new vape. I hate the disposables, and I was able to find a nice quality refillable here. Great shop. Will definitely be back to try juices
