One of the best life decisions I’ve ever made! I’m almost 4 years in and can’t imagine life without my strength practice. Everyone should be doing this.
Generation Strong offers some of the most educated barbell and kettlebell training I’ve seen (and I’ve been a lifter most of my adult life, with several coaches and trainers on and off of competition). It’s a community-oriented gym with a welcoming atmosphere. Not intimidating, but also a serious place to learn how to strength train.
