Generation Strong offers some of the most educated barbell and kettlebell training I’ve seen (and I’ve been a lifter most of my adult life, with several coaches and trainers on and off of competition). It’s a community-oriented gym with a welcoming atmosphere. Not intimidating, but also a serious place to learn how to strength train. Generation Strong played a crucial role in my preparation for multiple Spartan races and, most recently, the OCR World Championship. The personalized training plans, the challenging classes, and the constant encouragement from the trainers were foundational in my success.
