First the owners do a great job communicating - it's summer and they are very busy but rarely did an email take more than 24 hours to get a response from Erma (even on weekends) - usually an email came back within a few hours and a text was almost immediate. Generation Pool Plastering did a nice job in re-plastering my pool. But more importantly, the customer service and follow-up was outstanding. Valentino and his wife make a great team when communicating with the customer and ensuring satisfaction. Valentino is prompt in replying to VMs or emails. This is a solid family business that I recommend to anyone wanting any pool work done.
