Eight years ago, I moved into a home with a pool that showed signs of plaster degradation and staining, so I hired Generation Pool Plastering based on cost and quality. They applied a quartz finish and upgraded the pool with step tiles and LED lighting. Since then, everything has held up well and I'm happy with the result.
We were referred to Generation Pool Plastering in the hopes of remedying a previous sub-standard plaster job by another contractor. First the owners do a great job communicating - it's summer and they are very busy but rarely did an email take more than 24 hours to get a response from Erma (even on weekends) - usually an email came back within a few hours and a text was almost immediate. Generation Pool Plastering did a nice job in re-plastering my pool. But more importantly, the customer service and follow-up was outstanding. Valentino and his wife make a great team when communicating with the customer and ensuring satisfaction. Valentino is prompt in replying to VMs or emails. This is a solid family business that I recommend to anyone wanting any pool work done.
Beyond happy with the job they did
Generation Pool Plastering knocked it out of the park. They turned our old abandoned pool into a masterpiece. The owner Val and his crew clearly take pride in their work . I would highly recommend them .
