Keith came to my in-laws house on a Friday night, had the part in hand, knew exactly what needed to be done, and didn't want to charge anything. Great guy and awesome service.
Excellent service !! I called in the morning and he was at my house that afternoon.
Fixed the AC on the spot for a much better price than others. Highly recommend - 10/10
I called in February about my heat pump being broken. They sent someone out within the week who told me he would be buying a new part and would return to fix it soon. Fast forward to April and he won't respond to phone calls or text messages. He never came back and when I call the number listed on Google, they just tell me that they will send word to the office and that someone will reach out. I've called multiple times and still haven't received word back.
