Stay away. Very disappointed in the work that was performed. Called several times to get it resolved and no response. Once installed they don’t care anymore. Most of reviews that are 5 star have been posted by family. Not real reviews.
Generation floors completely transformed our kitchen and hardwood floors. From the very first consultation to the final installation, their team was very professional, knowledgeable and detailed oriented.They made some recommendations that helped inspire ideas and gave us the outcome we were looking for. We loved getting carpet from them. They were very helpful and we were able to get it scheduled that worked with both of our schedules. Alex was the one who came and installed our carpet in. He did a professional job and the carpet looked amazing! He had us double check everything. We highly recommend working with Generation floors. They have a different variety of flooring and were awesome!! We would definitely use them again when we need new carpet again. They are a 5 stars for us! Thanks Generation Floors 😃!!
