I would use again and recommend Generation Floors. They were able to get my laminate and carpet both completely installed within 7 days of my order, where other companies and Home Depot said it would take 3-4 weeks. They also got me better products and were very competitive on their price. With Generation I was able to stay under my budget, when with other companies I would have majorly exceeded my budget. Generation Floors installed a couple of hybrid wood floors in our home. They did great work and we're very happy with the final product. I appreciated the level of communication throughout the process and I like their electronic contract system. The owner, Mark, is great to work with and walked us carefully through each phase of our project. Definitely a company I would use again and recommend to friends and family.
We've had Generation Floors install both laminate flooring and more recently about 2500 sq feet of carpet in our home. Mark and Karin made the selection and purchase process efficient. Installation of both products went well. Though there were a few minor installation snags, Mark and Karin stayed in touch, were attentive and made sure things got done right. The quality of the flooring and the installation is great.
Generation Floors did a great job demoing and installing our new basement floors. George completed the work in a timely manner and they are flawless. Bailey, Chris, and Alex at the store were very easy to work with and communicated with me every step of the way until the job was completed. Karin and Mark checked in with me throughout the process as well to ensure that all was going as planned. I will use Generation Floors for any flooring jobs I may need moving forward and I highly recommend them.
