Staff is always very friendly and answers any questions one may have in an easy to understand way. Email communication is great, can be hard to reach by phone sometimes, but if you leave a message they always call back promptly! I have seen many students at this location (Vaughan) and love giving them the opportunity to practice their skills. I’m a returning customer at this location. I’ve always had a smooth experience with this clinic. I appreciate that the staff and nurses are prompt in responding to inquiries, and that they’re never pushy — they really listen to your wishes and concerns.
WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE STAFF AT THIS PLACE!! I thought that this place was filled with peace and positivity but after WITNESSING AN EMPLOYEE by the name of Yeganeh SCOLDED her student trainee in front of me which was NOT ethical. This employee needs to be put in her place, sent to mandatory sensitivity training and never to be trusted with a student EVER AGAIN!!!!
I've been coming here for cycle monitoring for a while now, and I can't thank the staff enough for their care and support. I'm not a fan of bloodwork, but the amazing ladies who draw my blood are always so gentle and patient — I never feel a thing! A special thank you to Hatice, who takes care of me during my early 7am appointments. Her kindness and sense of humor always put me at ease, and thanks to her, I'm much less anxious about coming in.
We have had such a wonderful experience so far at Vaughan Generation Fertility.
