Had a positive experience with Victoria...actually two! The first time I noticed she was very caring in her work and in making sure my husband was comfortable. This is something that stuck with me. The second time I had some stubborn veins. I wasn't feeling great after drawing blood but Victoria took every step to make sure I was okay during and after.
