Very poor service. They don’t respond to emails and phone calls.
Amazing clinic! All the staff is knowledgeable, compassionate and patient. Would highly recommend to couples trying to conceive.
This clinic has some of the greatest staffs. They are very professional and their services are top notch. The communication effectively and follow up with you with your appointments. My gynaecologist Dr. Hartman is one of the best person I ever met. He is always readily available to answer any questions I have. He is very knowledgeable about his job and very consistent in following up with you on every appointment. I had a great experience at Generation Fertility! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. At first, I was a bit anxious about my Sonohysterogram procedure, especially since I preferred a female physician over the assigned male doctor.
