Not very detailed, I think he just gave up on me..I’m diabetic and last time I’m there didn’t bother to check my A1c, still haven’t solved the problem or got my referrals right.
This guy is seriously terrible. Trust me when I say this.. stay away. All he cares about is getting through whatever appointment he has. He has zero concern for his patients well being. Literally ZERO. WORST DOCTOR EVER.

I have been going to Dr. Nachimson for over twenty years and he’s kind, patient and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t trade him in for nothing. Well, maybe a million dollars. He’s an awesome Doctor.
I've seen Dr. Nachimson for several years. it was all great until he joined Genesis Med Group and it all went downhill from there. you can't get a returned phone call. I've left several messages for Karina and Julie (office manager I was told) and no return call for 2 weeks. I saw the doctor in August and asked for MRI for chronic issue that was discussed and was told in October that I have to COME IN in order to get an MRI.
