I've been in here several times for minor watch adjustments and repairs, and they've always done a good job at a fair price. I don't leave a ton of reviews, but I think these folks deserve it. A++

Generation Jewelers has exceptional customer service! I came in to resize my ring (first resize is complementary!) and asked if there was any way to slightly lower the prong setting on my platinum band while they were working on it. Although platinum isn’t typically as easy to work with as other metals, they said they would try their best and was able to achieve the setting I wanted! It was such a happy surprise to come in to pick up the ring and find that the setting was tweaked to what I hoped for, too!
