Got my fiancée’s engagement ring here. Daniel and Liliana show genuine care in their service. After a year of having her ring, my fiancée had a small stud fall out and go missing…we brought it in to see what our options were to get it replaced. I was expecting to shell out serious cash— and get this…they replaced it free of charge! And they cleaned it. My fiancée said “I don’t think I’ve ever seen it this clean ever”. Generation Jewelers is fantastic. I took my daughters broken bracelet to 2 other places with no fix, and took it to Generation Jewelers and it was completely fixed in 15 minutes. Plus they have a lot of really nice rings and bracelets. I totally recommend Generation Custom Jewelers.
Great customer service! I walked in to get a new clasp, and my father and I were treated with kindness and helpfulness. We spoke with Franklin, who gave us the clasp free of charge, and he was able to get it on my bracelet very quickly. Overall, this is a great business that has always treated us well!
I've been in here several times for minor watch adjustments and repairs, and they've always done a good job at a fair price. I don't leave a ton of reviews, but I think these folks deserve it. A++
