came in to fix a clasp on my bracelet & the employee fixed it for me free of charge. 10/10 customer service, and the bracelet looks good as new. Updated review: Came in again to fix my warped ring & Franklin hooked it up again! Highly recommend this store.
Super friendly staff. I messed up the battery change on my Casio G-Shock and they fixed it for me in about 15 minutes and refused to charge me.
This is a fantastic jeweler and watchmaker! They were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They did some work on one of my watches and I know it was a difficult job but they were able to fix it for a small fee. I'll be back for future business! Kimberly and Danny, you're the best!
