I was referred to Generation Care by Kismet. Previously I obtained an OT recommendation for a recliner chair because I cannot sit upright for long because of a spinal problem. Earlier this year I was diagnosed with Vertigo. My GP provided a letter stating that for my safety I needed a lift chair. On 4th December the problems started. Their OT met me at an outlet where we trialed a few chairs. The OT said he would send his report via Kismet for a reason I accepted. Fast forward to 12 December. No progress.
