One of those little gems that you occasionally find - luckily I was referred to General's Automotive Repairs on the recommendation of a local brand name car dealer for a road worthy. Very accommodating with respect to scheduling my work, I ended up getting 2 road worthy certificates done (different cars). Outstanding honesty and value for money, saved me hundreds of dollars over dealer quotes on a couple of door actuators by sourcing second hand parts. Could not recommend more highly.
Absolutely fantastic mechanic! Came with a car well overdue for a service and needing some repairs on my tail light. Was clear and honest at every step about what he was doing, benefits and payoff for what the car needed. Great communication throughout the day making sure I knew what was going on and what to expect so no surprises on pickup. Got the repairs done within the day and for everything gave a very fair price. Very genuine service and really positive experience overall. I’ll definitely be back for my next service!

Do not use this mechanic !!!! He is a scammer and a rip off . Took car there said was only loose battery terminals then suggested keeping car overnight to make sure it was in good running order . Called the next day with a bullshit story telling me my manifold needed replacing timing belt,car was dumping oil ( mind you concrete driveway never showed this , my car was blowing black smoke was followed by a friend day prior where it was told it blew no smoke at all and that the last mechanic whom said my spark plugs were worn o... read more
I felt that Gentile always had my interests first. He makes recommendations that are best for the car, not the most amount of money they can bill the customer. Honest mechanics are rare, so I am glad to have found Gentile and General's Automotive Repairs. Highly recommended.
