Very disappointing experience with Future Generali Insurance, MG Road branch. The staff, especially person named Gopal, is extremely unprofessional and shows no basic decency or courtesy towards customers. They highlight only the good parts of the policy to make it sound like you’ll get huge returns, but once you sign, you’ll realise most of it is false and misleading.
