Extremely disappointing and misleading service. I’ve been a customer for 4–5 years without a single claim. Recently, I was admitted for a minor surgery costing under ₹10,000, even though my policy covers ₹3,00,000. The claim was rejected because they said “admission was not necessary,” even though my doctor required hospitalization for essential pre-surgery tests.
