Avoid getting insurance from this company. They set up autopay after you open a policy, but the worst part is they don’t send you a receipt for the premium you paid. Plus, their employees are super rude and don’t even pick up the phone. Don’t bother opening any policy with them.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this branch. I submitted my insurance surrender form on 9 February 2026, and even after such a long time, I have still not received my money. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of honesty from the customer service staff. Fraud company hoi 9 Feb t insurance premium surrender kori si lu 10 days pisot account t humai jabo koi 20 25 din hoi goise. Arre bhai judi dibo nuware eneka kori bo nalage. Mur o poisa r emergency karne surrender kori su n remember that i paid the premiums it's my right to get back my money.
