Avoid getting insurance from this company. They set up autopay after you open a policy, but the worst part is they don’t send you a receipt for the premium you paid. Plus, their employees are super rude and don’t even pick up the phone. Don’t bother opening any policy with them.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this branch. I submitted my insurance surrender form on 9 February 2026, and even after such a long time, I have still not received my money. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of honesty from the customer service staff. Every time I asked about the status, I was told to “please wait up to 2 days,” but this turned out to be completely untrue each time. Being repeatedly misled like this is unacceptable.
