One of the worst car insurance claim support. I have never experienced such a pathetic service. No one is bothered to answer. How will answer? To answer, someone has to pick calls. Request people who sees my review, never ever buy car insurance from Future Generally.....

Very bad experience with future generali car insurance. Loads of promises during sales but modus operandi of rejecting claims is surprising. The most obvious accident visible to even the naked eye is rejected by surveyor stating only "damage to right side of tyre" is fine but the left side of tyre is another accident cause. On calling the surveyor (he didn't call) he said "onus of proof" is on customer. How can half of the rubber rim above the tyre be removed in one accident and the other half in another!!!
