Very disappointing experience with Generali Central Insurance Company. Their service has been extremely poor. They are quick to sell insurance policies, but when it comes to providing claim approvals, they create unnecessary delays and look for excuses to avoid approving claims. My experience with their South Delhi team has been particularly frustrating. Instead of assisting customers, they seem more focused on finding reasons to reject or delay approvals.
