My experience at the Angier, NC location was very enjoyable. My partner and I have been looking to switch carriers and BOOST is definitely the way to go! Not only did we get service established but also got a great phone(Motorola Razor 2024) as well. Both Cris and Joana were professional, friendly and offered top-tier customer service. This location only had one Razor 2024 but thanks to Joana, who made a trip from the Raleigh location, we were both able to get set up and go home with these awesome new phones! Talk to somebody on the phone who hung up on me and then would not answer the phone again, horrible customer service. I would give zero stars to her but it won't let me, never been to the store but definitely don't want to go in after her very brief rude customer service, I've called several times and she would not answer the phone throughout the day.
Got 2 of my phones switched over to Boost. They switched both phones lines very quickly. And so far I haven't had any problems with my service.
