The custom springs we ordered worked great! From design to production the team at general wire spring did a great job. Highly recommend working with general wire spring!
This company has definitely gone downhill. We recently purchased the JM – 3080. Jetting machine after delivery of the unit one of the spray hoses failed while we were still in our shop testing out the unit and then within 20 minutes of that failing the unit itself started leaking water everywhere after reaching out to the rep we were told that the unit was going to be fixed And that they would make things right . I own four of their machines and use their brand cables in some of the other brands of machines that I own, too. Customer service is top notch. In 2001, we bought a couple of their machines from a local distributor and one of them had some issues. I went back to my supplier and showed him the problem. A General Wire Spring officer reached out and told me they were going to make it right and swap the machine out so there would not be any downtime. General Wire Spring really stands behind their product!
