I have had numerous issues with general and their Machines along with customer service. The disregard to help the customer or even the SupplyHouse is absolutely ridiculous. The most recent is a warranty part that Supposed to be issued in July and here we are at the end of August and they keep saying they will send it out next week. The custom springs we ordered worked great! From design to production the team at general wire spring did a great job. Highly recommend working with general wire spring!

I own four of their machines and use their brand cables in some of the other brands of machines that I own, too. Customer service is top notch. In 2001, we bought a couple of their machines from a local distributor and one of them had some issues. I went back to my supplier and showed him the problem. A General Wire Spring officer reached out and told me they were going to make it right and swap the machine out so there would not be any downtime. General Wire Spring really stands behind their product!
