This company waterproofed my home Oct 2019. A part of the basement leaks when it rains. I have contacted the company and they are rude!! Soon as COVID is over I’m gonna sue!! I have a LIFETIME WARRANTY!!
RecommendedHIGHLY recommend. Water pipe blew in the basement while out of town for a day. They arrived in less than an hour to fix the problem. Basement is good as new. THANKS GUYD
General Waterproofing cut the studs out of a load bearing wall at my parents house. The house shifted causing $100k in damage. After lawsuit was filed general waterproofing tells lawyer they have no insurance and no money to fix the problem. The owner has money but general waterproofing is an LLC. General Waterproofing got out of this mess with minimal expense while my parents are out major money. They are hiring people without construction experience that should not be doing major foundation work. Stay far away from this co... read more
