Excellent experience working with the staff.
Horrible company. We hired them to store our furniture until we purchased a new home. When the furniture finally arrived at our new address 7 months later there were numerous damaged items along with a missing TV, missing lamp carton, missing glass carton, missing large overstuffed chair and dirty grease smudges on some other overstuffed chairs. We went through the claims process which resulted in some compensation for damaged and dirty items but no compensation at all for missing items. This company and Allied are terrible ... read more
