Always great service here. Very friendly and easy to get an appointment fairly quickly
Whilst travelling to Devon a warning light came on in our car, fortunately GVS were only a few mins away, we called in just before closing time, and they plugged our car into the computer, confirmed it was safe to still drive and didnt charge us a penny. Lovely service. Thanks guys.
Visited at 09 00 today to get a repair or replacement tyre fitted. I gave them the wheel. The staff member said they could fit a Kumho or a budget tyre. I said Kumho. The man said it's £75. I leave. I come back to find they have fitted a Powertrac. I give them the wheel back. Whilst they are swapping to the correct tyre. I am asked to pay the difference of near enough £25. I paid up but said I am not very happy as they are not transparent with pricing. All I'd want was some acknowledgement but instead I am told that he quote... read more
