Your office staff sucks and doesn't care their inconsiderate about someone who has end-stage renal failure who can't get a kidney his fistula is blocked leaving emergency messages over the weekend saying okay we'll make sure Dr pilla's office gets it on Monday. MADE today phone calls two and a half hours long to different people get hung up on no one calls back.
