Referred to General Tree by a satisfied family member. We had a very good quote from another business and wanted to compare before deciding. The General Tree office told me that the owner does not make himself available for quotes in the 6 pm+ segment of the day. I stated that we neeeded to make a decision before Monday June 22. Owner was supposed to call us before coming to our house for a quote on Saturday June 20 after overseeing the jobs for that day. Called for tree trimming of high branches overhanging side driveway and garage. Made an appointment for a visit and estimate, gal said next Monday, between 9am- 1 pm for someone to come out. Waited all morning, even as I’d had a minor plumbing/toilet issue the evening before (Sunday night). Guy called at 12:25 pm left a message, called him right back but only voicemail. General Tree Experts removed several trees from our home on August 4, 2025. The pricing was reasonable and Steve’s crew did an amazing job. They are some of the best workers we’ve seen. Everyone was professional and clean up was great. We highly recommend this service!
