I usually give good reviews. I don’t enjoy wasting my time throwing stones at people, but this Mr. Eisner earned every word of this one. I waited an hour to be seen, and when he finally walked in, he brought an attitude with him that could sour the wallpaper. No bedside manner, no warmth, no real concern—just arrogance and impatience. I waited an hour to be seen, and when he finally walked in, he brought an attitude with him that could sour the wallpaper. Seriously unprofessional staff! I had a consult scheduled for Monday, April 28th, and they called Friday, April 25th to cancel because they *claimed* they didn't have my referral. I checked with their referral coordinator – she confirmed they had everything! The whole thing was awful, and Alice, the medical assistant, was incredibly rude and unprofessional when I tried to explain.

Dr. Eisner is not only a great surgeon, he is personable and explains the procedure. He also is happy to answer any questions.
