Please do not go here. They are inept, do not follow up after a procedure, and if your procedure was like mine - a disaster that will have to be remedied by an actual skilled physician. Please do not pay any attention to the favorable reviews, and seek treatment elsewhere like your life depends on it, because guess what - it does.
My experience at the Franklin hospital was better than I expected. Everyone was caring. My surgery was a little delayed, but these things happen. As long as the patient before me is OK, that's what matters. I would definitely go back if I needed to. God bless all those there.
Dr. Phillips clearly explained my procedure before hand and answered all of my questions. He got me in for my surgery just days after consulting with him, which surprised me. Then he was excellent in his follow up care, checking up on me in the hospital after surgery and later calling to make sure the healing process was proceeding normally before a final in office checkup two weeks after surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Phillips for his surgical skill as well as for his professionalism and compassion.
