She’s great and very informative
So far my experience has been overall good. However my last visit was set for 10:45am and I wasn't seen until 12:20pm ish. It was a simple conversation that lasted about 15 minutes. I drive from the coast and its hard to do with my toddler- and having to wait so long without anyone telling me what was happening until I asked, is upsetting. The staff was pleasant and so was the doctor and they did apologize but it was a huge inconvenience for me and my family. I hope this doesn't happen again. I was told what to expect, what options were available, why a particular option of surgery was chosen for me, and my preferences and comfort were not ignored.
Everyone was really friendly and professional. All the nurses and doctors gave excellent care. I have not one bad thing that I can even remotely try to think of about my experience. A+++++
