This place sells chinese counterfeit garbage on eBay and does not stand behind it. I bought what was supposedly a Carrier hot surface igniter that failed after less than two weeks. They say I can't return it because a licensed contractor did not install it. What a complete scam! Who buys service parts on eBay and then has them professionally installed? Nobody. This is just an obvious maneuver to try to get out of their warranty obligation.
My furnace stopped working, I did some research and ordered a new IPI BASO control. I had it shipped two day because I live in Iowa and it was -20 this morning.....I NEED HEAT. A jumper plug that is supposed to be included with the unit was not supplied.....the unit is useless without this jumper plug. After exchanging half a dozen infuriating emails I still could not get the point across.
