My company placed and PAID an order with a promised delivery date of December 15, 2019. I have attempted to contact General Steel Products several times via email, phone, and text with NO RESPONSE.
Placed an order with Gentex with a promise of December 23rd delivery. Now no one answers the phone after they have run off with 15 grand . Whats going on with Gentex ??? Don't bother , they are not returning calls or answering the phone...
Very very poor customer service. I asked for a quote that i was suppose to propose at a meeting. After talking with Steve a few times and emailing a drawing over i was suppose to receive the quote on time fir my meeting. Well that did not happen. I have left several messages and never heard anything from this company. When you call the number they have listed on the website. It goes to a recording telling you to text a different number.
