Lier, not trust worthy. giving us a fake price and changing his mind before we get there.
Very untrust worthy we drove 3 and half hours while he told us that we could come but right before we got to his shop he canceled on us and said that he can’t show up and made us drive 3 more hours back home. I hope this review shows how much of a disappointment this experience was!
General Source serviced our forklift & scissor lift. The technicians were extremely friendly. It's not often that you have mechanics/technicians that are pleasurable to be around, but they are for sure an exception to that! They also have integrity which is more important than anything else in this line of work. I could have easily been overcharged on the jobs that they did, as I have 0 knowledge on how to service this equipment, but even the simple fixes (to seemingly big problems) they were honest about.
