Never, Ever rent to own a building of any kind from this business. First of all the Sales Rep leads you to believe the contract works the same as a purchase. Next thing you know you're paying $1500.00 in interest on a building you paid off in 4 payments of a scheduled 36 payments. Absolutely the biggest rip off i have ever witnessed. You should try anywhere else first if you are looking for a decent building for a fair price.
