Nice people. Very quick unloading.
I had never heard of this place and was referred by our brick Mason to get a quote from them compared to others in Memphis. The customer service in this place is HORRIBLE and CRINGY. They do not greet you or ask you if you need help. The receptionist or agent there never came from behind the desk except to talk to another rep in their offices. They never came out of the offices to greet or meet us. To top it off, another agent came out of his office and passed my fiancé, contractors, and myself in the lobby and NEVER UTTERED... read more
