Came by about 2 weeks ago & received the best customer service from a gentleman named Devin. He took the time to show and bring me brick samples for my addition that I was working on. He also answered all of my questions thoroughly & even gave me a detailed quote.
I came get some brick last week and was met with a horrible attitude and a hostile tone from the old white guy in the office. I believe his name was Clay & every time I come in he’s always in a bad mood and I do not appreciate how he spoke to me. I’ve sent my team to pick up brick for me and they’ve told me that he’s disrespectful to them as well.
We got lucky and found Walker here at General Shale. He has exceptional customer service, answers all questions, distinguish work ethic and makes whatever process you may be going through a lot easier when picking brick! I highly recommend him!
