Great customer service. Purchasing a new house can be overwhelming and General Security made getting an alarm system with cameras one of the easiest parts of the whole process. They provided great options and had a very clean install. Security system is great and easy to work with. Their customer service stood out when our new internet service and their equipment was not communicating. The tech was on the phone for hours working out the issue with the equipment manufacturers and the internet company until it was working.
Andrew was very knowledgeable and courteous
Robert, the technician was very knowledgeable about my problem and fixed it right away. He checked out the system to make sure it was doing exactly what it was supposed to do. I was very please with the service.
