This company was the worst! Laura M. Kim, the Customer Service Manager was dishonest and rude! Upon moving, they gave me zero credit for a new system they removed from my home and expected me to pay again full price for the same system or they would take me to court for a $1500 cancelation fee. Not only is this not smart business, it's a scam!
