UPDATE 8/2026***My Representative from Surgitel reached out and made things right as far as the out of pocket expense I incurred during this 45 day Trial experience. This showed me that there really are good people when it comes to righting a wrong. I really respect him for that. I was originally told I would get a full refund if things did not work out with the loupes….BUYERS: make sure you read ALL of the tiny print on the back of the carbon copy you originally get…. Surgitel has taken care of me for nearly a decade now. The product is phenomenal: both lights and loupes outperform any other product out there (I own four sets!). My rating is not about quality, but rather about service. SurgiTel flagrantly disregarded a promise of a fast turnaround . Loupes that should have been in my hands in 2 days took five, thus compromising my operating vision. Try Designs for Vision instead!
