I have had a pair of loupes from Surgitel for the past 5 years. Just ordered a new set and will keep the old ones as a backup. Gregg Szymanski has been the rep I have worked with that whole time and he has been truly outstanding. Quick responsiveness, goes out of his way to help his clients, and he is as straight forward as they come. I can’t say enough about the positive experience I’ve had with Surgitel because of Gregg’s diligence. Thank you so much!

Loops have cracks after 1 1/2 years and will not be covered. Loops are not cheap. Very upsetting

My representative, Jeff Robbins, has been outstanding to work with. Jeff is always quick to respond—anytime I text him with a question or need assistance, he replies right away.
