Excellent product- but more importantly: My contact and rep: Gregg Szymanski is THE BEST. He really goes above and beyond. Super quick in responding to any contact and also very honest about products and expectations. Would not go elsewhere for my surgical loupes!
Wonderful customer service. I accidentally broke the curing filter on my loupes, I sent a text to Mr. Green and he responded the same day and had new a filter shipped to my house at no cost. Also included a second free curing filter. Thank you!
