Erica J and Makenzy helped to make this process great for me. I needed a new cord again. The first time I didn't get a video demo and I burned out the LED light. So this time I did and it really helps alot. I was hoping for a discount or credit but no luck. Glad to have the human help. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I have reached out multiple times and have not gotten any response or email or call by any representative to buy a pair of loupes. I’m not sure what’s going on but if it’s this hard to buy a pair, I’m sure it’s even harder when an issue arises so will not be purchasing here.
