Refund? HA. Stop to look at a mangers special and Jeff did so me that unit. Dave did meet the features of the competition. And Archie did have a smile. I mentioned I wanted to take a look at a different unit at another location. They said sure and to hold that special price a small retainer could be used and was completely refundable. Ok. I went with the competitions unit. 5 day of communication still no refund. A coworker said to file for goods and services not received. That worked in 24 hours.
General rv is by far the worst rv dealership across the u.s. Just horrible busness practices look at all the bad reviews and all the problems they create the lies stories half fast work i will never go back to a general rv dealership i do t care if its the last place in the world i have never even sat on the bed in mine and it was gone for 1 yr and7 months you should see the horrible emails that they try to blame me and make this my fault yes its.my fault I went there and was stupid enough to buy it but the rest is on them h... read more

The dump station had a leaky hose so the pressure was low. Hard to clean out the tank. Also there is no potable water here, no matter what other reviewers say. Heard that rest areas have potable water.
