I went there to get my RV serviced. I met with rep Mark Mello who handled the repairs. He got me the best price . He was very easy to work with ,called me several times to let me know what was going on . I went in to the parts department where I met with Emily who helped me find a part , she went above and beyond my expectations . She is truly there to help and does an excellent job a pleasure to speak to . A few days later I called her and asked if she could get me an owner's manual. My dad and I came to general rv to get an aliner for weekend adventures. The staff were really nice and personable. Our walk through with Mr Terry was very nice, although there were some things about the camper that he seemed a little unsure of. Thankfully I had done my research ahead of time and knew most of the ins and outs before coming by. We had to have a break plug connecter installed on my crossover for power to the lights and breaks.
