We purchased a travel trailer from here and have had a lot of trouble getting assistance from them ever since. No one will return phone calls but no one seems to ever actually be there so leaving a voice mail is generally the only option. We had our trailer delivered and it was missing an expensive part we paid for, and we can’t get a returned call on that. My dog and I were tent camping from NC to Key West when we saw RV billboards and pulled off I-95. Ended up buying a 2025 21 foot long double axel 4,800 lb Grand Design from General RV. To pull this camper, I then received favorable trade value for my compact SUV in exchange for purchasing a 2026 Ford F-150 V6 Eco Boost from Sunrise Ford of Fort Pierce, Florida.
