So this might be a little long winded but first shoutout to Joe and Katrina at the service department you all are amazing employees and have fantastic customer service. The tech was very knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to explain how things worked and how he fixed the problems. They got me in and looked after very quickly. The service writer was personable and helpfull.
We have been waiting on a warranty repair since July that we were given an IOU ticket for. We have not heard anything back and we can't get anyone to call us back. I keep getting transferred to people's voicemails. We also have a water leak and we've only used the camper 3 times. Has not been a positive experience so far.
Just had another 5 star experience at the service center. Part in stock, knowledgeable & friendly staff installed it in less than 30 minutes. Thank you!
