I recently had the pleasure of working with Katrina in the parts department at General RV. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and she went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed for my RV. I really appreciated her patience and her willingness to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend General RV, and especially Katrina, to anyone looking for RV parts.

The lack of knowledge about repairing RV’s is amazing. Always overbooked, long repair times and nothing but lip service. Buy your RV from someone else. And watch out for Thor Products.
Terrible place salesman is a liar. Kevin Scribner lied about an offer I made and he accepted, then he came back with a message that it's sold already. I had a buddy of mine asked him if it was for sale after because I already knew what was going on and he said yes it's available do you want to come look at it so I have all the screenshots to prove what a fraud these people are at the dealership.
