Buying from General RV in Ft. Pierce Florida has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. From the day we purchased, we’ve dealt with false promises, poor communication, and lack of follow-through. We were told issues would be resolved quickly, but weeks later, nothing has been fixed, and no one returns our calls. Even after speaking directly with staff who promised to “look into it,” they never got back to us. Terrible service and zero accountability.
This was a very pleasant RV purchasing experience. Kevin and sales did an amazing job and Mike and Finance was also a pleasure to work with.
Terrible experience at General RV Fort Pierce. Poor communication, inconsistent service, and blatant lies just to close the deal. Zero accountability once the papers are signed. Buyer beware! We cannot say enough good things about General RV. From start to finish we had a fantastic experience, by far one of the best experiences we have ever had with a dealership. We live 4 1/2 hours away from the facility so negotiating a deal ahead of time was a priority for us. We were able to do so in a matter of a couple of days and the communication during the entire process was great.
